Did a fantastic job

Funari really came through for us. We had a leak in a bathroom pipe that caused lots of damage. Funari dealt with our insurance agency with great success, and unfortunately we really needed their services - the original estimate from the insurance company was a severe underestimate. Funari got us a very good settlement. Also, they immediately brought in a team to dry out the hidden spaces in our ceiling that would have otherwise severely mildewed. They were a pleasure to deal with!

Highly recommend! Our experience with Funari was fantastic from beginning to end. Our basement was flooded with 6” of water while we were out of town, and because of the nature and extent of damage we decided to hire a public adjuster rather than try to navigate the insurance claim on our own. We are SO glad we did. Funari immediately sent an agent, Bryant, to our home – same day! – to assess the damage and explain the whole process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to answer all our questions, making it clear there was no obligation to move forward. This was our first experience with a public adjuster, so we weren’t sure if agreeing to pay them a percentage of our settlement would be a smart decision financially. It turns out it was the best decision we could have made. I don’t have the knowledge or experience to comb through and analyze every line item of an insurance proposal, nor the personality type to negotiate with the insurance company to ensure we are getting all the compensation to which we’re entitled under our policy. Chris Funari and his team do this all day every day, so we’re very glad we had the benefit of their expertise. They handled EVERYTHING for us – all communications with the water mitigation team, all communications and several negotiations with the insurance company – everything. Gabby and Kelly in the office were always extremely organized, attentive, patient, friendly, helpful, on-point – everyone we dealt with was fantastic. By the end of the process we ended up getting two additional significant payouts we never would have received without Funari on our side. I hope nothing like this ever happens to our home again, but if it does, we know who to call!

Constant follow-up, negotiation, scheduling, re-rescheduling ( on Sunday nights!) with insurance and mortgage companies. Excellent my floors look great

We were so overwhelmed after experiencing an electrical fire and water damage to our home. Someone suggested to us to hire a public adjuster. It was the best advice we received. We searched around and decided after reviews to hire Funari Public Adjuster. They took charge of our claim and used their experiences and expertise to get our home livable again. Then the impossible happened, the pandemic, need I say more. Chris Funari went the extra mile, during the pandemic, as well as Joe Funari, Lauren and many others behind the scene. Even through all this, the Funari’s made sure that all communications to us, our insurance company, home inspectors were arranged. What a relief! The best thing we did was to hire the Funari Public Adjusters.

After our insurance company initially denied our claim for water damage in our kitchen, Funari took a situation where we were slated to get zero dollars and turned it into one where we got a good amount of coverage for the work that the water damage necessitated.
