It was excellent. I've been using them for many years. They've been fabulous. The owner is terrific and very responsive. The pet nannies that come out are great- attentive, caring, responsive, and responsible. I would recommend them to others.

I have several cats, 3 indoor and 1 outdoor. They come everyday to make sure my cats are feed, clean the boxes, and played with them. My cats love them and really like this people. They are very personable, everyone of them are terrific, and they were wonderful. I would recommend them to other people.

They were excellent. The pet sitter came over prior so I could meet her. She met the dog and answered all my questions. We gave her all the information she needed and she was very friendly and had a clear love for animals. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

The service was excellent! The owner, Beverly, was very attentive, calling beforehand and afterwards to be sure that we were completely satisfied (we were!). Stephanie, our pet nanny who came to the house each day, was very kind and caring with our pets. We received text messages and photos each day when Stephanie arrived at the house. She left a written report of her care. We are extremely pleased with Pet-Sit and plan to use it again in the future. We would highly recommend this service to anyone! Thanks Beverly and Stephanie!!!

Wonderful service, cannot say enough about the phenomenal care and attention that is provided. We have 2 cats that required feeding and care twice a day for several days. Every day a synopsis was written out for what transpired. Our care giver communicated with us and always kept us up to date. Fantastic people with a love for animals! Our care provider was professional and offered to help in anyway possible. Greatly appreciated the service and attention to detail. !! Highly recommend.

Great! Jenna is the best - you can tell she loves our furbabies as much we do. It gives me peace-of-mind knowing that our dogs are receiving love and attention in their own home while we are away. Highly recommend! (We have also had Nicole who was equally as sweet and professional). It's not cheap but it is worth the money - I completely trust Jenna.

Excellent. We had Stephanie M., who came to my house beforehand, met me and my cat and completed all the necessary paperwork. She was very professional and personable. My cat did well, and Stephanie sent us a text and picture of the cat. Would highly recommend this service and Stephanie in particular.

Stephanie is our pet-sitter. She is always available to help us, sometimes on very short notice. She takes excellent care of our pets, brings in the mail and papers, and waters the plants. She is a lovely person, and we rely on her help during vacations and most importantly for frequent visits out of town when we have to jump in an assist in caring for our relatives. Highly recommended!

They took good care of my pets when I was out of town. Jenna, stayed there for 24 hours. I have 4 dogs and 10 cats and she did a great job pet sitting my pets.

Stephanie Menendez came to our home, met our dog, and we sat down together and talked about what we would like her to do for our pet. We filled out paperwork with emergency contact information, and because of the depth of experience of Pet-Sit, reviewed everything to consider, things we hadn't thought about before, that a pet sitter might encounter during a visit. Stephanie has been to our home many times now over the past 4 months and we are so happy to have her taking care of our pet! She is personable, thoughtful, trustworthy, and we never worry about our dog when we know she is coming to take care of him. The house is always the way we left it, our pet has fresh water, and notes are left in the folder that Pet-Sit provides so we know she was there and how the visit went. We are so grateful that this service is available to us. We found Pet-Sit "The Kennel Alternative" from a list the vet provided to us when we moved into the area.

Lee and Stephanie are wonderful dog sitters/walkers. They come to our house every day to care for our labradoodle. Occasionally, we work from home so we're here when they pay their visit and it is awesome to see how excited our dog is when they arrive. We have been working with Lee and Stephanie of Pet-Sit for over three years and not one time has there been a missed appointment...any issues that do arise no matter how small are discussed...the communication is wonderful...we trust them with our best friend we highly recommend Pet-Sit and Lee and Stephanie...

Carla Bean does an excellent job feeding and taking care of Sam. She is there whenever we need her tending to Sam during vacations and family emergencies. We highly recommend her and Pet Sit.

Pet Sit provided excellent care for our cats while we away from home with daily feeding, box sifting, and playtime. The caregiver was kind and responsible, leaving daily notes and texting updates and photos. They even went above and beyond by collecting mail and watering some plants. We trust Pet Sit to take good care of our cats when we travel.

I can count on Pet Sit to take care of my kids like they would their own pets. My pets love their sitters. Even on short notice the Pet Sit staff has been there for me when family emergencies have come up, or I've missed a flight. I hear from Bev, the owner often just to see how things are going. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been loyal customers of Pet Sit for many many years now. I reviewed them before and I’d like to review them again because sometimes things change and what was a wonderful before doesn’t always stay wonderful. Not so with Pet Sit! The loving pet care they provide is consistently outstanding! I seriously cannot say enough good about them! We go away with a clear head knowing our pets are well cared for and we come back and they are just as happy and content as when we left them. Our sitter Stephanie is amazing! Our normally shy scaredy-cats love her! As pet parents we always say it’s hard to go away and trust their care to someone else but we trust their lives to Stephanie and Pet Sit. Beverly runs a top notch company and peace of mind is worth it’s weight in gold. If I could add a couple of plus signs to the A, believe me I would! Thank you.

Karla and Liz shared the pet sitting duties for our dog and cat while we were on vacation and it went great! We asked that someone come 3 times a day to take care of food, outside breaks, and lots of snuggles. We got text updates while we were gone and when we returned, there were write-ups for each visit. Pets were happy and well cared for and we were able to rest easy while we were away. Beverly, the owner, was very responsive to our initial call and even Calle she once we got home to make sure all went well. We will definitely be using these fine folks again!!

The owner, Beverly, was very responsive to our initial contact, promptly returned the phone call and arranged for a consultation with our Pet Nanny, Stephanie. At that meeting, Stephanie met our pets, we went over their care plan, and signed all of the documents and the contract. Beverly followed up with a call to make sure that we were comfortable with all of the arrangements (we were). During our vacation, Stephanie made daily contact (text messages and photos) to keep us informed about our pets. She was very caring and very responsible. Upon our return, we spoke with Stephanie who wanted to make sure that one of our cats was OK (that particular cat decided that she wanted to play hide and seek and Stephanie wasn't able to locate her -- we assured her that the cat was fine.) I appreciated Stephanie's concern. It showed me that she is very conscientious about her job. A few days after our return, Beverly contacted us to make sure that we were happy with our experience....we most definitely were and would highly recommend their services. We would have no hesitation about using their services again.

We were very happy with the services provided by Pet-Sit. Our pet sitter, Stephanie, kept us well informed of her daily visits to our cats via texts and photos, and then a daily log left upon our return home to let us know about the cats behavior and how much they ate. I'm sure it was a challenge for her, considering we have 5 cats, but after speaking with her during our initial meeting, I could tell she was good with animals and was up to the challenge. I especially liked that she required us to give her a call when we returned home, giving us peace of mind that if anything detained us on our journey home, the cats would be looked in on until we returned home. Stephanie also watered our plants and brought in the mail, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, the cats looked forward to her visits, which was evident because none of them hid when she came over (she sent us pictures via text), so we knew all the cats ate while we were away. Overall, everything was done thoroughly. We will definitely contact Beverly and ask for Stephanie's services to take care of our cats the next time we go away on vacation.
