The communication was EXCELLENT!! Lisa is excellent at keeping me informed about the process and following up when things were done. I can’t say enough about Tony and his crew!! He went above and beyond my expectations! He even RE-routed a condensation pipe to the gutter so it wouldn’t keep dripping onto my shingles!! Just an amazing company!! Would ( and have) recommend them to everyone I know for their HVAC needs"

"The two technicians, Brian and David, were phenomenal! They were incredibly kind, informative, and patient with me as they assessed my HVAC and vents. They explained the entire process and why what they were doing is important based on the type of system I have. As a relatively new homeowner with an old home this is very important to me. They did a thorough job of cleaning my air vents and dryer vent and I feel confident they left my home cleaner and much safer than when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs."

"Unique is true to their name. What a great company! I needed a new HVAC system. Curt from sales came to my house and did a very thorough evaluation of my existing HVAC system. He painstakingly took pictures of my system, took several measurements, and both asked and answered a myriad of questions in order to ensure I would have the right system installed. In addition, Curt told me to call or text him with any questions. When I did so, he answered me immediately. He provided me with different options to fit my budget, and made sure I was confident in my ultimate purchasing decision. When it was time for the installation to be performed, installers Bruce and Jeff were tops! They did their own evaluation, and made some observations and suggestions that helped my new system function optimally. I'm sitting in my warm house as I write this, with a great new HVAC system, and a company I can continue to rely on in the future to keep my new system running at it's best. I look forward to the warmer weather for various reasons of course, but I will enjoy having a house that stays cool for a change! Do your homework and get your estimates from other companies. You'll find as did I, that Unique goes above and beyond relative to other companies. They have an old school customer first mentality that is most welcome in an age where it's not always easy to find good companies. Kudos!"

"Great company run by friendly people. Joe and his team know their stuff. Deborah is a pleasure to speak to on the phone. I first called due to some weird behavior with my HVAC and wanted them to come take a look. Before they arrived, the HVAC started working ok again. I called them back and when I told them what was going on, they explained that there was nothing wrong and the weird behavior I explained was actually normal based on what I had my thermostat set to. No visit and no fee required. A lot of other service companies might have urged a visit and charged me the fee. I then hired them for a regular maintenance service contract, and they have been fantastic. Always show up on time.

"We had a "friend" install a new HVAC system for us. It was a nightmare! No heat in the dead of winter and an electric bill that was through the roof! Mechanical monster came out next day (almost an hour away) and had to completely redo the whole system. Victor worked all day into the night and few more visits to get the system working properly because it was so poorly done. We were so grateful for him! The whole team is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. We won't ever let anyone else but Mechanical Monster touch our HVAC system again."

"This was a 5 star experience working with New Energy Solutions. Tim worked with us to identify and size the right equipment to completely replace our old / inefficient HVAC system. I conducted lots of research on equipment (Trane, Lennox, York, American Standard, Goodman etc. equipment, LG vs. Climatuff vs. Copeland compressor etc.), to ensure I understood the proposals. Tim worked with me to explain all the different options from different manufactures, single stage vs two stage, heat pump vs. furnace, variable blowers etc. Once we agreed on the equipment (Trane), one week later Tim, Buddy and Tanner came out for removal of the old and install of the new. The install took place 1 1/2 weeks after the initial inquiry, and the entire process was seamless. The team did a phenomenal job, and we are now running a two stage gas furnace, with variable blower and matching AC unit. The system looks beatifically and works just as well. We haven't had such a positive experience with a contractor before. Extremely impressed and would most definitely recommend New Energy Solutions; especially Tim, Buddy and Tanner."

"Caliber did a wonderful job fixing my ac. He was prompt. He was knowledgeable. He got my ac to work, and his prices were fair. The only reason I didn't give him a perfect 5 stars is because my ac has a leak and we would need to schedule another appt to find and fix the leak. I would have preferred that it was completed at the original appt but as he advised, it would take quite some time to find the leak and he would need more to do a thorough job. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend Caliber. And I will be calling back if I ever have issues again. I may have found my new hvac guy."
