They where on time and professional, over pricy . But the service contract don't cover anything so I canceled that the next day shop around I found a service contract w the gas company is better and they cover parts and labor , their contract only covers a yearly inspection that's it. Overall besides cost for a gas furnace and 30 minutes of work was Very Expensive. Once I've compared the prices I was over charged $400. Dollars for 30 minutes of labor part cost $ 211.00 dollars took him less than 30 minutes to install I've used them twice first time over $1100. Dollars on a part that wasn't over $300. And was charged. They are tooooo over priced . For the time it takes them both jobs less than hour. The guys who perform the work very nice and professional

They are not reliable never on time. Had to call them back two times and still have tapping noise in my pipes. Called again get no callback. PS I WOULD NOT EVERY CALL THEM AGAIN.

The workers were very professional and friendly. The work quality was excellent. Could have done a better job cleaning up after job was completed.

The administrator was amazing she valued me and my situation. I won't up to no heat, she kept in contact with me until she verified someone was on the way. That someone never showed or called not even the next day to apologize and reschedule.. I did not matter.

I called them on a Tuesday morning. They came out to assess the heater that afternoon. I gave them a down payment Tuesday evening. Wednesday afternoon they came to fix the heater. Hey were professional and courteous. Yes, I would recommend them to other home owners.

Jeff and his team are great! I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest and fair, provide quick and amazing service. I was in a position where I felt uneducated and was getting mixed messages and costs for repairbg my furnace. Jeff made me feel so comfortable, he gave a ballpark estimate over the phone which none of the other companies would provide. I appreciated him being up front and I felt 100% comfortable with the service he provided and he educated me along the way. Great company, great service, highly recommend.

We had a "friend" install a new HVAC system for us. It was a nightmare! No heat in the dead of winter and an electric bill that was through the roof! Mechanical monster came out next day (almost an hour away) and had to completely redo the whole system. Victor worked all day into the night and few more visits to get the system working properly because it was so poorly done. We were so grateful for him! The whole team is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. We won't ever let anyone else but Mechanical Monster touch our HVAC system again.

Brain and his assistant (don't remember his name) were on time, and courteous. They installed a new water heater for the second floor. They even cleaned behind themselves after installing the heater. I will be giving Mechanical Monster a call later this year to replace water heater for the first floor, where I live.

Mark was excellent, job was more difficult than anticipated, however, he remained polite, cheerful, and got the job done.

Jeffery and his team are fabulous, professional and know exactly what they are doing. They have gone beyond just the repair- they will follow up like all true professionals. Wine cooler had swings in temperature but was cooling in the 50s. Tech examined it, found it to be needing refrigerant due to evaporator leak, shot in some refrigerant pending permanent repair, and killed the unit. It s now dead and instead of an estimated $1000 repair I must replace the entire unit for double that. Repairmen should be like doctors... first do no harm
