"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. "I was extremely pleased with Diabiase HVAC and the work they did.  I researched many companies to replace my HVAC and hot water heater.  When I called Joe DiBiase, he immediately answered and was there that night to provide an estimate.  He was very good at listening to what we needed and providing an estimate for exactly what we wanted.  He worked with the Keystone HELP loan program and even provided the rebates and tax credit info that was available for each product.  His estimate was very fair and competitive.  I was able to schedule the work within a week or two (our current system was not broke, just very old).  He did quality work and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done.  Everything looks very neat too.  He was always professional and responsive to all my questions.  I can't say enough about this company, I would highly recommend them."

The only reason I didn't give him a perfect 5 stars is because my ac has a leak and we would need to schedule another appt to find and fix the leak. I would have preferred that it was completed at the original appt but as he advised, it would take quite some time to find the leak and he would need more to do a thorough job. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend Caliber. And I will be calling back if I ever have issues again. I may have found my new hvac guy."
