"They were absolutely wonderful. They are great people to deal with. It's a husband and wife company and they've just hired two new people. Everybody is well trained. They are very good. I have a gas heater and they even put a humidifier on it. They give you a quote before they do any work. They answer all your questions and explain the contract. I ran into them in a grocery store and they immediately recognized me; they are very personable."

"We needed someone to look at our furnace thinking we needed a major repair right before a snowstorm...thankfully Chris, the technician, was very informative and professional. I wasn't home but my husband was and my husband said he was upfront with the issue, what we can do about it and costs. Thankfully all we needed was a major cleaning of a few pipes and got our heat back on!
