though I appreciate the emergency Saturday service call (cost 169.00), I thought the additional charge of 303.00 (450.00) for a diagnostic check and repair ( no parts necessary - just less than a hour of manpower) was a bit exorbitant. perhaps I failed to realize that heating/ac personnel are paid on the equivalent scale as neurosurgeons.

I was looking for multiple quotes and DiBiase was the first to respond and also had the best price on comparable equipment. Bill called me within a few hours of initial request, set up an appointment and everything went like clockwork, on time, professional and install went smoothly.

Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!

Very professional and prompt service. They had been "nursing" my system for the last few years until it finally gave out. On thing to note ..... as time goes on, the cost of a new system gets more expensive. When they 1st work on my system, a new one was approximately 5K, then 4 years later, a comparable one was just over 7K. However, the system I had installed was eligible for a $400 rebate from PECO, so at least I recouped a little bit along with MUCH less expensive bills afterward. All in all, I would use them again for sure.

After smelling the faint odor of propane around our furnace late in the afternoon, I called this company.  They sent someone out immediately.  I was charged only for the service call.  They found that the pipe needed tightened and it only took a few minutes to fix-no other repairs needed.  The serviceman was courteous and friendly and covered his shoes when coming into the house.

They showed up on time. they were very clean and respectful of our home. In and out, no fuss. I would contact again in the future.

Had joe come out and fix a bad seal and a tune up on my peerless oil furnace. He was a very knowledgable technician, and explained everything he was doing. Being a mechanic i understand the trade industry, and it's hard to find good honest work, but joe is amazing and does just that, good quality honest work, and I will make sure I use joe in the future, and I HIGHLY recommend joe and his company it is well worth your money and peace of mind to know that you are getting a good quality service or repair!

They gave a pretty good response. The people who came out seemed to know what they are doing. They also have a good Angie’s list report and I would recommend anybody to use them.

Joe was extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I had received a couple different estimates, and while they were all around the same price range, Joe stood out from the rest.  He did an awesome job, left things very neat during and afterward.  Fast forward two years later and not a single problem was had with the units they installed.  My utility costs also went down!  I would highly recommend DiBiase Heating and Cooling.
