Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to repair my heat pump when other companies came out and performed service on it and then told me they did not find anything wrong with it. But it still wasn't working properly. Mike explained everything to me and gave me a quote to fix it. He fixed it the first time. The bill was exactly as the quote. No hidden charges like other places. I highly recommend HCP to my family and all my friends.

We kept running out of hot water. We did not realize the age of the hot water heater but Mike explained to us the age and how to repair our concern. We felt the hot water heater was too old to put any money into. We went with a new hot water heater and Mike offered and explained the benefits of adding a mixing valve to the hot water heater. The whole experience was great!! Not only did they repair our main concern, they made it better! We can get showers and do dishes with out running out of hot water at a great price! I donâ t usually write reviews but HCP Services I feel was a cut above the Norm!! They came out to my house to perform an Annual service on my heating system . Mike the technician was on time and very professional . He took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he was going to do the service. He explained everything in detail of what was found during the service and what he recommends for the the future in services to keep my units running well . There was no pressure , no extra BS thrown onto the final bill ! Just true honest work and service which is hard to come by these days . HCP will definitely be my go to company . I recommended them to my family and friends whom they have used now and feel the same way !

HCP Services was ontime and was professional explaining to me and my wife, what was wrong with our air conditioner that went down. He explained that my air conditioning was low on Refrigerant. The Service Technician Mike explained everything to me and my wife about the problem he found. He went over and explained the options on how to repair my air conditioner. He show us the leak and spot where the refrigerant was leaking in the Evaporator coil. The service technician was very thorough and had a lot of experience After going over options we decided to replace our old air conditioning with a new one that was recommended by HCP Services. Excellent customer service and great pricing. I definitely will be telling all my friends and neighbors about HCP Services.
