We have had Walsh Brothers at our house now for a problem with our lines making a squeaking sound. It has been a very difficult problem to pinpoint.. John came here initially, Joe followed and Nick has followed up several times Through the process of elimination, I believe we have solved the problem. Each visit narrowed our options for isolating the problem. They were courteous and professional every time. I highly recommend these guys.

I've had these guys out to my house in Exton PA work for 4 days straight in April 2020 during Covid 19. such a great company and really a great group of guys. They installed my Heat Pump System as well as a new hot water heater. Joe Walsh even went the extra step to apply for rebates on my behalf which essentially paid for my hot water heater. Also we got excellent financing terms for the hvac unit. I highly recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC needs. they have never been anything but fair to me.

I was quoted a price over the phone of $250 to replace a defective gas valve on a water heater under warranty. We were okay with that not knowing how long it would take to do the job and considering a new water heater can cost upwards of $3000. I confirmed info with the company and was told the part would be ordered and we would be notified. I never received a call when the part came in as I had to call and confirm that myself. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am on a Thursday. The technician called me at 7:55am trying to confirm a 8:00am appointment.I wasn't there at the time but noticed a voicemail on my phone. I contacted the tech and reminded him the appointment was at 10 not 8 and he said he was tied up with a pipe break but he would be there within the hour. The hour passes still no guy. My wife calls him and he's still tied up " be there in an hour" which would have been 12:30pm...He didn't show up until 1:20 pm and was done before 2:15. That's over $250 hour...yes $250 hour....Don't have your children be doctors, lawyers, etc...tell them to be plumbers.....

Just to let you know Brian had two hours into repairing your water heater between picking the part up, installing it, testing the water heater and returning defective part to supplier and filling out warranty registration on your behalf. In addition we had to pay for the gas valve($257.00) which we will eventually get credited back(normally 90 days) for but as of now we are Negative -7.00 for repairing your water heater. I would also encourage you to call around to other plumbing contractors to get a price on the repair we made for you. I think you will find our prices are more than fair."

I can't Thank the Walsh Bros. Team enough. A/C stopped working Thursday night, sent them a text and had a response within 10 minutes that included an appointment time frame of Friday between 8-8:30. Technician called at 7:53 to tell me that he was 10 minutes away. He repaired the issue right away, was polite, professional and punctual. Can't say enough about the service and response. Will definitely use them again!!

Great family owned business!. Plumbers were fast and efficient, diagnosing the problem and installing our new faucet in just 15 minutes! The office staff could use some help. I was told we had an unpaid invoice (3 months after service) when in fact, it was paid the following day the invoice was received.

Was experiencing heater problems. Called the next day at 9:30 a.m and was here by 11:00 a.m. Quick installation, professionalism, and courtesy was displayed. Technician Brian was exceptional, professional, and extremely kind and willing to tell me everything and exactly what he was doing. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them for any future problems. Thank you Brian!

Good. We needed to have a part replaced. They found the problem quick and did the fix. Service man was courteous and explained what he did. We also have had them for our central air conditioning and the same applied.

Could not repair unit, said he was unfamiliar with heat pumps. I was told he would return on Wednesday with someone more familiar with HP. On Wednesday he never showed even after several calls.
