"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

I first called due to some weird behavior with my HVAC and wanted them to come take a look. Before they arrived, the HVAC started working ok again. I called them back and when I told them what was going on, they explained that there was nothing wrong and the weird behavior I explained was actually normal based on what I had my thermostat set to. No visit and no fee required. A lot of other service companies might have urged a visit and charged me the fee. I then hired them for a regular maintenance service contract, and they have been fantastic. Always show up on time.

"This was a 5 star experience working with New Energy Solutions. Tim worked with us to identify and size the right equipment to completely replace our old / inefficient HVAC system. I conducted lots of research on equipment (Trane, Lennox, York, American Standard, Goodman etc. equipment, LG vs. Climatuff vs. Copeland compressor etc.), to ensure I understood the proposals. Tim worked with me to explain all the different options from different manufactures, single stage vs two stage, heat pump vs. furnace, variable blowers etc. Once we agreed on the equipment (Trane), one week later Tim, Buddy and Tanner came out for removal of the old and install of the new. The install took place 1 1/2 weeks after the initial inquiry, and the entire process was seamless. The team did a phenomenal job, and we are now running a two stage gas furnace, with variable blower and matching AC unit. The system looks beatifically and works just as well. We haven't had such a positive experience with a contractor before. Extremely impressed and would most definitely recommend New Energy Solutions; especially Tim, Buddy and Tanner."
