That went well, so recently he painted the exterior of the same property. His bids are detailed, and that makes it easy to compare his bid with other bids. For example, he let me know that a handrail needed to be replaced. His bid was reasonable, and he didn't charge more than his bid. He completed the job within a reasonable time after we agreed on it.
