He suggested the right place to buy the paint which provided a discount and also paint color and selection advice as well. Henry also discussed the different approaches to the trim. Because so much work was being done, we had questions about access to rooms and cleanup and removal of supplies. Henry explained exactly how the work was going to be done and assured us that everything would be cleaned to perfection. He was right on that. The finished work looked spectacular. One of the best treats was that Henry's quote was very reasonable - not the highest. A few months later my 91 year old mother wanted her house painted. I didn't hesitate in recommending Henry. The crews arrive on time and work the whole day - do not disappear for hours on end. They spent a lot of time prepping the deck sanding by hand as well as hand taping each metal spindle on the deck! "They were very good / timely with their communication. Initially came by to give me an estimate. Was a little higher than the other estimate I got but they provided a water trailer which the other didn't which was good since we have a well. They came the next day and Power washed the deck and replaced one board that had routed. The next day the theysprayed the deck with Shirwin Williams solid color stain that was mixed to match the stain on the house siding. Did a good job. Would recomend."

"The CertaPro painting crew communicated their schedule before starting and met their schedule, weather permitting. The crew respected our preferred start time each day. Equipment was stored neatly at the end of each day. Our house is covered in Hardy cement board shingles and requires exceptional attention to detail to prevent drips. This complication was handled perfectly and the process was not rushed. The rear of the property required painting at up to 30 feet high from ladders. The crew showed excellent ladder safety practices and took no shortcuts. All of the workers were polite, friendly and diligent. I do not give 5 star ratings unless they are well earned.
