It is a  5 bedroom brick with a lot of wood trim, a rather large job. he started and was finished as per his estimate, there were no " I need more money requests "  as is common with others. also, they sealed and stained a new deck. he is not happy, until you are with his work.no down payments for the job, you pay only when you are happy and they are done. he actually answers the phone, unlike others you call and your call goes straight to voice mail. I would use his company again."

"Brian and his crew have done a great job. The first job that they did was fixing some plaster and painting the interior of a rental property. That went well, so recently he painted the exterior of the same property. His bids are detailed, and that makes it easy to compare his bid with other bids. For example, he let me know that a handrail needed to be replaced. His bid was reasonable, and he didn't charge more than his bid. He completed the job within a reasonable time after we agreed on it. He communicated well, for example, letting us know what dates the crew would be working. They also cleaned up the area after the work."

When our wooden attic ladder fell out of the ceiling during the coldest days of February, we couldn't get some contractors to come out and give us an estimate to fix it.  We had 2 no-shows and many who did not return our calls.  So we lived for a couple weeks with our attic door propped up with a 2 by4 and a ladder.

HOWEVER, when we searched Angie's list and identified Always Perfect Contracting, Zach came out right away, gave us some advice about what to do and scheduled a date to deliver the work. 

Zach did everything he promised on time and within budget. So we asked him to do a second job of installing molding around a new skylight.  We had asked several previous contractors to look at the skylight.  They had no satisfactory solutions about how to tackle the tricky trim work because it was not even on all sides..  Zach immediately knew what to do, and made the finished trim appear as if it's even on all sides.  He did an amazing great job on the molding, and I am extremely happy with the result..

"The crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. "Joe, and Dewan did an excellent job, they removed old wall paper in kitchen and painted all walls and trim. They also repainted our family room, removed old (3) layers of wallpaper, repaired walls and painted fireplace. It was very time consuming but they never stopped. My wife and I have already spoke to Joe about removing carpet and putting small bathroom in basement this fall. I have nothing but praise I would definitely hire them again highly recommend their services. Great Job."
