That went well, so recently he painted the exterior of the same property. His bids are detailed, and that makes it easy to compare his bid with other bids. For example, he let me know that a handrail needed to be replaced. His bid was reasonable, and he didn't charge more than his bid. He completed the job within a reasonable time after we agreed on it. He communicated well, for example, letting us know what dates the crew would be working. They also cleaned up the area after the work."

"Joe and his crew did an incredible job with our "complete" kitchen remodel as well as replacing the ceiling in our living room and refacing all of the walls. They removed all of the old carpeting in the living room, the sub-floor in the kitchen and replaced both rooms with new laminate flooring. The walls and ceilings have been primed and painted beautifully. Extensive electrical rewiring had to be performed in order to bring everything up to code.....and it was quite a headache at times. Joe also did all of the plumbing for the new dishwasher, sink and disposal. They are far more than just painting....they pretty much can do it all.
