It was not a simple project since he had to build out the alcove for the shower stall even before building the stall itself. But everything was done with skill, professionalism, a concern for our having to live in the house and an extraordinary attention to detail that extended all the way to where towel racks should go. Jeff has also installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal for us. - from scratch - with excellent results. Jeff is a problem solver, the sort of professional you want for any job. He brought all the necessary tools, was friendly, and professional. All of the cabinets were removed carefully and without damage. I would absolutely hire him again. "I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel.
