His expertise includes electrical, gas stove repair, faucet repair, changing locks, repairing doors, putting in thresholds and transitions, repairing windows and screens, insulating pipes, mold remediation, putting in drywall, finishing and painting, cement work, boiler work, downspout repair, and more. This is a big deal, because when another vendor (not Chris) gave us an estimate for a long-list of electrical projects, he absolutely refused to break it into smaller phases.
