Joe communicated via text and let me know when he would be coming, Then texted when he was on his way. He quickly solved my problem with the sliding doors and we engaged in a discussion about a couple future jobs. I believe he is the handyman we have been searching for!

I’m a happy customer. I needed a deadbolt lock not only installed, but actually cut for my front door. There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. The price was beyond reasonable (dare I say downright affordable!) and the time it took was less than projected. ‘Under budget’ for both time and money is a dream to everyone looking for services! I will definitely be calling on TrokStar again!

Joe showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He helped myself and my partner remove a huge kitchen worth of cabinetry with the purpose to be reinstalled at another property. He brought all the necessary tools, was friendly, and professional. All of the cabinets were removed carefully and without damage. I would absolutely hire him again. I might even ask him to come out to Buffalo to help me reinstall the cabinets once I get them refinished! He went above and beyond for our project and we're so grateful. I would encourage you to hire Joe - you won't be disappointed.

Joe responded almost immediately to my request for handyman services and provided a quote a few days later. He arrived when he said he would, was very personable and did a very good job of the installation and matching the existing texturing. We've already discussed another upcoming project.

The work was outstanding. Joe has done a number of remodeling jobs for me. Remodeling jobs can always have hidden issues and Joe was able to solve any problems that came up during the job. I would highly recommend Joe for any remodeling job!

Joe has been helping us with repairs around our homes for more than a year now. We absolutely trust him with his work amazing ethics, and skills. He would offer help even on weekend, or late at night if there is an emergency. His pricing is beyond reasonable. Joe and his crew were absolutely phenomenal. There is not enough space to write how fantastic he is. Joe was very responsive - great communication. He showed up for the estimate at the time promised, understood what I was asking to have done, and offered some good suggestions on how to do it. We scheduled a day to do the work, and when he wasn't able to make it that day, he let me know in good time, and immediately rescheduled. He then arrived on time and got the work done quickly. The main part of the work involved trimming the front door (to clear a carpet) and installing a new insulated threshold. It was something I was reluctant to do myself, but he did a great job and the price was fair.

Joe and Jarred were friendly, professional, on time and did fantastic work. The job is absolutely beautiful and I am sure we’d hire them again.

The guys did a fantastic job enclosing my furnace, ac unit, & H2O heater as well as relocating my w/d unit and a wash sink. Trim, doors and walls are perfect!! A++

Excellent ‐ I currently live in a house that TrokStar Construction completely gutted and rebuilt. Neighbors often will stop by saying they can't believe it's the same house. The interior came out stunning ‐ I especially enjoy the modern kitchen and bathroom. The highlight though is probably the handed crafted fireplace mantle and frame. I would highly recommend TrokStar for any construction project, big or small.
