"We recently had Jeff install a new electrical outlet and he was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas even with his busy schedule. In the past we've had him repair siding and do a basement remodel and he's been great with everything. He went out of his way to make sure the siding replacement matched the old color perfectly when it was very difficult to find. I've seen a lot of siding repairs not match the original color so this seems to be uncommon. He transformed our basement from a basically unusable space to what's now probably my favorite room in the house. He's always been a pleasure to deal with, honest about work that needs to be done, and responds very quickly. One of the things I appreciate most is that he'll do a job the way you want it to be done and do it the right way. We've had too many people try to cut corners and tell us how they want things done so it's refreshing to find a professional that will treat you right. Highly recommended!"

He went above and beyond by taking care of several small fixes at no extra charge — tightening loose screws on a sagging screen door, adjusting a door strike plate so it would close properly, and carefully sealing exposed wood with caulk to prevent future issues. Chris is detail-oriented, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was easy, the job site was left clean, and the quality of work was excellent.
