Some of the things he’s done have been to re-tile my tub surround, replace my bathroom floor, replace the toilet, install shoe molding, build a door to the shower access panel and many other smaller repairs and improvements. He is punctual, always calls in advance to confirm appointments, follows up to see if repairs are holding up and is courteous and respectful of my home and my belongings. He cleans up thoroughly at the end of the day and puts things back even if he’s coming back the next day. His prices are more than reasonable and he always produces receipts for anything he purchases for the work. Mike is very hard working and does excellent work which is sometimes difficult as my house is almost 100 years old. Additionally, he makes every effort to work around my schedule.
