We have been in business since 1979, and incorporated since 1999. Most of our work is through architecturally designed projects and personal referrals. Our full time, fully trained staff of 10 employees pride themselves in the quality of their work. We always provide free estimates.

He was a very good painter, but I removed all the wallpaper, but he did not prep the wall at all prior to painting it so there are a few imperfections in the work.

The service went well. I had them repair any wall or ceiling cracks. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 3 hours. They were clean while working and did a good job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They did a very nice job! I had no problems with their service. It turned out a little bit different than I imagined, but it wasn't their fault. It worked out to longer than four hours of their time with two people working. They had to go get supplies and the job took longer (7 hours in total approx.) which is why the total cost came to about $700. They charged $49/person after the Big Deal.

It was a pretty tough job since the wallpaper was really stuck onto the wall, but the two gentlemen worked hard and got most of it taken down. Furthermore, they showed up on time, they were friendly and courteous, and they did a lot of work in the amount of time that they were at the house. I did have to have someone else clean up the subsequent debris and finish removing some wallpaper that remained on the ceiling, but that was a minor issue.

Two workers (4 hours contracted...each guy worked two hours) arrived to take down wallpaper in my bathroom. They had a difficult time as the paper had been applied (by former house owner) to unprimed drywall. While they were working, a small patch of mold was found. They completed a bit more than 3/4 of the job as the contracted time ran out. They stated that they would require an additional 2 hours to complete the job. That seemed very strange to me, since they had completed most of the removal in the contracted time. They suggested...after completing their work...that the drywall should be completely replaced. I felt a bit uneasy about that since they found issues almost as soon as the job began. I also think that one man working for four hours would have been able to do a better job since the bathroom is so very small.

"We never met this client, he had his parents meet us at the job. As we were in the process of removing the wall paper, we found some mold in the corners of the bathroom and brought it to their attention. There were 3 layers of wall paper on the walls. We suggested it would be faster to install 3/8" drywall in the bathroom rather than removing the 3 layers without proper sizing under the wall paper. His Dad also pointed out they wanted to patch the cracks in the livingroom ceiling after we would finish the bathroom. We told his Dad it would be about 2 hours to finish the bathroom and patch all the cracks in the downstairs ceiling. The Dad called his son about doing the extra work and decided not to do it. Eventhough we never met the client or even got a chance to talk to him to explain the situation we confronted; the parents were very nice and we worked diligently over the 4 man hour limit to complete as much as possible."

"We met a couple of times, started the work and he expanded the work to other areas of his home. He was with us daily, inspected and approved all the work. The owner purchased the tile and commode. We showed him the tile he purchased was not square and may show up in the grout line. He understood and did not want to get another batch of tile. The commode he purchased had a self closing seat that did not open at a 90 degree angle. We suggested he return it but decided to keep it. We went over the drywall patch work a number of times to make sure he was happy with it. We completed all the work and the client approved all the areas that were done in his home."

Overall, it was a decent experience. The scheduling was easy, and the gentlemen were punctual as well as polite. However, we expected them to get much more done during the time that they were at the house. More specifically, they only completed a wall and a half within the two-hour timeframe.

"In all do respect going in to do our 4 man hours, the room was much larger than discussed over the phone, 12'x15' with bulkheads. The wall paper to be removed did not have any sizing under the wall paper and kept coming off in small sections. Two men spent over 5 1/2 man hours doing the work. We also explained it was taking longer to remove the paper since sizing was not applied in the initial work. We stayed longer and did not charge for the additional time to make the client as satisfied as possible."

Two employees arrived at 9am. Started work immediately. They were very patient, had to make 3 trips to Home Depot for a better quality wax ring for the toilet and other unforeseen obstacles that arose. They did an excellent job and figured out ways around the few glitches that came up. They kept my husband informed of all details; even noticed a chip in one of the domes on the fixture they installed. I'll have to take that back to Lowe's and have it replaced.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Bronco and his staff. JoLyn manages the office and does a superb job. She is knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely have them back for other work being done in my home. They finished by 1pm. We had another estimate for the same work and were told it would likely take 8-10 hours to complete.

They did it quick and were very professional. I was so impressed with them and they came back and put shelves in my sons room. They gave me suggestions on how to maximize spacing of the shelving. Absolutely beautiful. Also put in new doors.
