Mr. Handyman of Pittsburgh East Suburbs

I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned.

Had some minor difficulty locating stud for one bar. The second bar did not have a hollow wall and the wall behind the tile was concrete requiring a different tool. He did do some cleanup of concrete dust from the tub but pushed residua dust down the drain.

The work performed by the handyman service went good. We will request them to come back to finish up in January.

Initial contact was returned promptly and work was scheduled within one day of call. Work was finished quickly and cleanly in a short period of time. Prices were higher than expected but probably worth it in the long run with the quick turnaround and lack of delays in contacting me.

Repairman Todd K. did an excellent job. I would call Handyman and ask for Todd if we need any more work to be done.

Very good. Keith was understanding of what needed repaired. output was as I wanted . Keith even communicated to me about clogged ands damaged downspout in the soffit area. Service was tops

Sean was fabulous. He was fast but careful. He had to go get more siding and he treated it as it was his own house. He did a wonderful job. When I need anything else done he is the one I will ask for.

I wasn't really satisfied with the work and the cut was not done properly. I would never use this company again. The guy was great, but the work was not.
