The inspection was extensive, and Chip identified and photographed issues that the other companies didn’t see, because they never went into the roof’s crawl space. I needed them to do the job on a Sat or Sun to avoid conflicts with tenants and neighbors. This is a job I have done annually myself for over 20 years. I was impressed when Charles, the owner of WVHS, made suggestions of additional things they could do, like trimming tree branches away from the roof, to make the job easier next year. They arrived on the site Sat morning and finished in time for me to inspect their work Sat evening. The did a great job of cleaning the roof and removing the debris. If I don't do the job myself next year I'll definitely hire Charles and his crew to do it

They also blew the debris off the roof of the house prior to the inspection and cleaned out the gutters while they were there. "Two man team did a good job cleaning the windows but used a brush from the ground to get to the 2nd floor windows instead of going up there to and cleaning them directly. They had shoes on throughout my house going in and out of the home. Although it did a fairly good job, I still had some water spots and water drained to the other windows below. Was acceptable work.
