"I hired Valley roofing to install gutters rain gutters. I had a problem with the gutters they sent somebody out. He did some adjustments and said if I had any further problems they?d redo that side of the house. I call again because I?m still having a rainfall when I open my back door second person comes out says they?ll take care of it and they?ll call me tomorrow well while I?m taking a nap I only sleep four hours at a night. Another technician shows up without calling says he?s here to do the repair. I went back to take my nap and he did nothing. He drove 30 minutes out to my house and did nothing he didn?t call he didn?t text he just left. This is the third guy that came out tolook at it and it was supposed to.have an extension and he decided he didn?t see a problem so he just left and didn?t do the job. I called the office. How about we send a fourth guy out to look at it. I will never do business with this company again talk about jerked around just take care of business"

"The personnel were friendly. However, they left a mess in my driveway, on all 4 of my vehicles, 2 of them were REALLY bad and on my green overhangs, they are now white. Called the office and was told they would come down nd wash my vehicles, but not dry them. Who dries their cars...this is Oregon? Well, some people are VERY picky about their vehicles and two of mine are not driven when it rains. Think long and hard if you have anything worth value that can get covered with this stuff."

"I signed contract in June 2017 and was told job would be done in February 2018. I was willing to wait that long because they had such a good report on Angie’s List and with acquaintances I talked to. The roof was done in February. Communication was a weak link but the work done here was good. I have rated them so low because not all of the contracted work has been done. I called three times in February about the gutter replacement (which I know was just a tiny part of the whole job) and never received a call back regarding scheduling that part of the job. On the first call I was told that a different department did that work, not the roofers that had completed their job. I was transferred to a voice mail box and left a msg. I repeated that twice more. It is now coming upon the end of April and I still have a damaged section of gutter needing replacement. I am so disappointed in my experience. I really expected from my research that I could trust that the WHOLE job would be done in February. I will note that I was not charged for that portion of the work."
