"Brian seemed very knowledgeable when I initially spoke to him on the phone, and he was not at all pushy. He cleaned and treated the roofs on my house and detached garage, cleaned gutters and downspouts and cleaned moss of a driveway and walkway. I sent him photos of the moss problem on my driveway in advance-I think the moss removal may have been worse and more time-consuming than he expected, but he stood by his original estimate. This was quite a messy job, but Brian cleaned everything appropriately. I would likely hire him again."
