"The windows were cleaned but I had asked them to also clean the bottom tracks. I assumed that since I was having the inside and the outside did that would have included the outside tracks of the sliders. Apparently, it did not. PS. After I wrote this review they called and asked if they could come back and finish the job. Thank you"

"Communication was excellent. With Spring Oregon weather, exterior painting can be hard to schedule. They were flexible to our schedule and went above and beyond to discuss with us the process they had to complete the task. Clean up was amazing, like they werenâ t even here. We will be hiring them again when my wife decides to change her mind on the exterior house color."

"Precision Dirt LLC My wife and I purchased 7 acres of bare slopped land in Monroe Oregon. We contracted with Arlyn Hansen and Precision Dirt to do our site prep and driveway and assorted trenching since we wanted all of the utilities underground. We ended up with 750 ft of rock driveway and the house pad dug out of the hillside. Precision Dirt did and excellent job with the drive and pad along with installation of the septic system. We are very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of Precision Dirt. I would highly recommend Precision Dirt for any land work that you need done. David and Karen Allred Monroe Oregon"
