"This company completed several jobs for me the past 6 months or so. Everyone was pleasant to work with, arrived on correct date/time, hard workers, mostly responsive to fixing incorrect work,. However the reasons for the low rating are: 1 Initial incomplete bids 2 upcharges on most projects 3)installations of hardware in wrong places 4 incomplete project 5 double charge on recent bid 6 loss of roughly $1000 on last project Please DM me for specific details."

"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

"We’ve hired Tony for multiple projects ; He built us a large shed, created a laundry room in our garage and even built a 700 sq ft ADU for us. We had him do the majority of the work and we did the finishes like tiling and painting. He was our general contractor and builder for the ADU. He was reliable and got the work done when he said he would. He communicated well and gave us options and ideas for making our projects better. His work is top notch, and I was never worried that he was going to disappear without finishing like so many contractor horror stories you hear.
