In fact, his company was the only such contractor I could find nearby. I am retired and spend most of my time at my property but this did not distract Dave, his work was focused, knowledgeable and precise. We collaborated on cabinet, appliance, countertop (quartz) and tile selection in order to tie it all together to my vision. He identified and repaired quirks in the old plumbing and electrical that had annoyed me for years, restoring peace of mind. Dave created a beautiful compact kitchen where there had been only a homemade plywood cabinet and sink (the house is 100 years old). He also improved my adjoining laundry room, adding cabinets and a sink. I really enjoyed the experience because Dave is personable, humorous, dependable and great with dogs! "Jesus and his team did such a wonderful job. We originally hired Jesus to do drywall repair after we had the plumbing replaced in our home. We were so impressed with his work that we got a bid to replace our flooring and install an island range fan. The scheduled appointments were always kept and if anyone on his team was going to be more than 15 minutes late they would call to advise us. The team was so professional and respected that we were still living in the home and left the space clean each evening when they left. The original builder of our home installed a bathroom fan in the kitchen for cooking (it wasn't even over the stove). Jesus installed a beautiful full fan over our island range and the texturing on the ceiling looks perfect. The home had a small entry way which wasn't suitable for our location due to so much wet weather. I also needed to replace damaged laminate flooring in the kitchen. The team created a new entry way for us with waterproof flooring that extends throughout the kitchen."

"After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."
