Carpet buckling in all 3 rooms they did. Called to fix problem and they said we have to remove all furniture from all rooms first. We are in our 70s and it is impossible for me. Carpet also wears poorly. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Got good help from the team at empire today. They were easy and flexible. And for the most part affordable. I had a small project with a single room install that outed me nearly a g. Seemed on average it would. But they were quick and simple to use so I went with them.
