"Tony did a few projects in our new home, installed a mantle tv bracket for our 65" tv, replaced our kitchen faucet, and most importantly built an extension to our deck. We needed a lower level deck for our new hot tub. Tony worked with us on our requirements and how to incorporate the new deck with the existing one. This included removing an existing glass side railing and adding the stairs as well as replacing the railing on that side. The results are better than we expected. "My wife and I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services. We had 450 square feet of an irregular shaped floor covered with carpet upstairs that we wanted to replace with wood flooring. Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He also did a great job of minimizing the dust. If we opt to install new flooring in the future, we will definitely hire Modern Flooring and request Patrick to install the floor."

"After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."

"Fine Finish impressed us from the first meeting. Mark provided excellent ideas and drew out some plans while we sat down with him on his computer program, so we could see what things would look like. They were about 2 weeks out on estimates, but Mark referred us to his cabinet builder to work with in the mean time, and he (Cliff) was great. 
Once the cabinet budget was set, the estimate came through within about a week, a few days after the initial timeline, but Mark was communicative throughout and let us know work on the estimate and plans was progressing. The budget came in over budget, so Mark let us know what things we could help with, and provided some other ideas to get within a design we loved, with the cabinet line we wanted, and a budget we could live with. 
I work from home, and from what I could see, the project ran smoothly. There was some dust and noise during the demo, but the team screened off the area so it didn't come into the rest of the house. Mark arrived on site daily, did quality checks, progress reports with his team and provided us with weekly updates. 
The cabinets, countertop and backsplash all work so well together the visual effect is stunning. Friends love hanging around the island (which is a new addition), and we love the extra space. 
Our kitchen looks fabulous and we are thrilled with it.

"From the first meeting in the showroom to months after completion of the project when we'd call about minor issues, everything was outstanding. Steve and Vitaliy were tremendous throughout the process. Although we went into the project with the intent of solely replacing the flooring, we quickly realized that the prices were going to allow us to refinish the kitchen (at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen) and add flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Avenues made several trips to our house for measurements and discussion prior to beginning the project. They were there throughout the entire project overseeing the work and answering questions and concerns. Vitaliy has an incredible talent for finding what works best in the house. Once the project was completed, Avenues made several trips to our house to make sure that we were satisfied.
Once the project started, any unexpected issues were brought to our attention. Things that other contractors would have ignored or would have agreed to address for a significant upcharge were addressed professionally and without significant cost to us. Items that needed to be replaced (including flooring) were completed immediately.
We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While the quality of the product and installation were both excellent, the service we received was outstanding. We've never had an issue that's not been satisfactorily addressed.

"Tony came to measure for an estimate. He also brought carpet samples. he was quick returning a quote. Todd arranged for the installation and came by before, during and after the installation. Jerry and Omar were very diligent with installation, being very careful not to damage the newly painted walls."
