The quality of Crown's work was just fine. I knew I was paying a premium for the best crafts people I could find. 25% of my work order was to replace a ceiling fixture. This was not done, so I called Crown the evening after they did their work. I was told if I could be flexible, they would come out to complete the job, as I understood it without charge, and they would finish the job by March 15th. Well, April 1st came and went without a visit from Crown. I called to find out what happened. They had no record of my discussion about finishing the job. Installing the fixture was included in my work order for $500. They are charging me $125, or 25% of my bill, to now come out to complete the job as ordered and paid for. I would rate the quality of Crown's work very good, their customer service near zero. I could only recommend them to customers who are able to force Crown to perform the job they agreed to at the price they agreed to.

Crown's electricians went above and beyond on a very challenging job. They worked hard and fast, were friendly, informative, and professional. They clleaned up after themselves and didn't leave until the job was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
