"Aleksey did an excellent job with Acacia hardwood flooring of home. I was planning to do nail in installation, but he advised me that we should do glue assist with nail-in due to the bigger size of the plank for code. He has been a pleasure to work with and the flooring came out beautiful. Aleksey did the job considering my budget situation and did a very high quality installation. Especially around transitioning to tile floors he did a fantastic job with raising the edge so the height matched perfectly!. Flawless installation, pleasure to work, and right on time! "I needed some interior doors replaced - prepping the house to be listed. Other installers I contacted had zero availability. Matt fit me into his busy schedule and completed the job in one day. This included replacing a non-standard size bathroom door with a slightly larger standard size. Matt made it happen seamlessly - he did amazing work on short notice at a reasonable price. On time, pleasant and just gets the job done. Would recommend him to anyone needing finish carpentry and will definitely hire again.show more

"State Construction did an amazing job! We had just purchased an older manufactured home in July and were in the process of remodeling when we discovered just how badly we needed a new roof ASAP. Justin came out and gave us an estimate and was able to start the next week. He even came out a couple days beforehand to make sure the hole in our roof was covered from our new woodstove that had just been installed. We are very grateful he did because the weather forecast turned from chance of rain into a downpour. His crew came in and tore off the old roof, removed an old leaky skylight, repaired/replaced water damaged trusses and plywood. It was an extensive job which they completed in two days. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend State Construction and would definitely use them again.show more

"Paul and Marc (his lead team member on the job) were professional, responsive, detail oriented and polite. The job was to replace all of the windows (21) and exterior doors (3). Paul was managing a few jobs in addition to mine, but did the entire job, but for the front door, by himself. Given that this is construction, one has to be flexible, patient, expect plans to change and sometimes take longer than originally estimated. For me, my primary focus was getting the house buttoned up before the winter rains started which happened in the nick of time thanks to Paul / Marc’s focus. Marc did the finish work on the inside windows and doors. He was nothing short of meticulous in his work.show more
