We ended up signing with Robert, and in the course of the work we found lots of additional things to get done as well. In the end their team also completed the following: New automatic sprinkler system for the front yard, removal/replacement of old plants in the front yard, installation of a water feature, construction of a pergola, and more. It was a big upgrade! We love how both the front and back yard turned out. We're very happy with the results and with the experience with Artistic Landscapes. "R3J Residential Services did an excellent job! We previously hired Ron (owner) to remodel our master bathroom in 2019 and he and his subs did an excellent job. When we decided to update our guest bathroom and utility room (plus some other work), we only wanted Ron to do it as we were extremely confident of the high quality of his work and his reasonable prices. We did not even get a second quote from another contractor because we knew he would do a great job and his price would be fair. Everything came out perfect - the quality and installation of the cabinets, countertops, and flooring were excellent. Ron is an extremely good project manager; his subs were always on time and he kept to the schedule he had proposed at the beginning of the project. Ron is very trustworthy and he cleans up at the end of every day during the project. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with on a major project in my house. "Art and Nazar did a complete bathroom remodel for us. This was a custom build project and they had a lot of good ideas to improve the design. They removed an old existing shower and tub and built a new custom large walk-in tile shower. They replaced the old vinyl flooring with a new tile floor. Art and Nazar also re-routed some plumbing and installed a new vanity for us as well. Their pricing was very reasonable and we felt that we got a lot of bang for our buck. Nazar was very cordial, conscientious, and hard working. We often left him alone to run errands, and had no problem doing so. I would highly recommend their company. I am considering a couple more projects in the future that I may use Paliy for."

Nothing too major (reattach shower heads removed by first person, holes left unfilled in tile from door replacement)... would recommend taking care of at the time, I wasn't there."

"My husband and I are picky so for us to write a glowing review about Rick and Mike is a testament to their great work. We had our master bathroom remodeled in April and it was a BIG job. They demoed the entire bathroom and installed new tile flooring (heated) and totally rebuilt the shower (neo angle style) that required extreme attention to detail for the glass shower walls and doors to fit correctly. They were great to work with and we always felt comfortable leaving them alone in our house while we were away. The completed project is beautiful and we’ve had many positive compliments about it. If they’re not tired of us, we will gladly have them back for two more projects that we intend to have done."
