Overall great quality and pricing! A couple minor things like not connecting all the downspouts to the drain pipe. And I definitely would have replaced some of the wood the gutters hung on in one section. But I completely understand you don't always know what you have underneath until you pull off the old gutters. So most likely they didn't have the supplies on hand to do the replacement. Overall, compared to some of the other quotes that I received their pricing was spot on and they did a good job and completed in just a couple hours!

They did not clean up the project well. They also recommended a painter from their sister company that was a poor choice!

Lacamas by far outshined all other gutter quotes. They came in at the lowest cost, had EXCELLENT customer service, and the final result has been working beautifully. We had to replace both our fascia board and our gutters on house and detached garage. Their original quote replaced what was currently on the house but Lacamas listened to our concerns about our drainage problems and helped us upgrade to wider gutters and special french cut drain spouts. All in all, the product is beautiful, works well,and has the longest warranty on both the aluminum and workmanship compared to every other quote we received. Just an all around great experience.

Make sure the estimator understands how you would like the downspouts to run.(which side of the house corner and in which direction). The installers showed up with the wrong parts for running the downspouts the way I wanted.

Fast and professional installation.

I had new gutters installed, along with the leaf and pine needle filter covers. When the rains arrived, I discovered leaks in certain areas around the house. I called and someone came out with no solution. I called more times and one of the head men brought a representative from the gutter leaf filter company with him. The Lacamas guy said other customers had complained, too, about water coming over the edge of the filters creating dripping around the edge of the gutters . The filter cover rep said he would check with his company on what could be done to solve this issue, but I never heard back from anyone. Later, a leak developed where two sections of the gutters joined; that was taken care of by resealing it. I have needed to have my roof blown off numerous times because if any needles fall on the gutter covers, those sections leak over the edge. It has turned out to be quite costly. When I walk out my patio door, rain on top of the gutter drips water on me. I am not happy with the experience I have had with this company.

Attention given to quality of installation and materials used. Happy with job and would recommend. They have quite a busy schedule but it was worth the wait...

I had a small job that I needed to get done and could not even get anyone else to respond to me. I just needed gutters on a tuff shed and they did a great job.

The workers were very friendly, however, they went to the wrong address and actually were on top of our neighboring house. We were concerned they did not wear harnesses. They did an adequate job, but we were worried about their safety.

Overall, the experience was positive from the estimate, customer service and install. Gutters look great and I assume that the pitch is correct as we haven't had any rain to test them, yet! The only issue I came across was finding debris and a handful of old gutter spikes on the ground. Having a dog possibly step on one would not have been fun.

Good customer service and very competitive pricing. 6K gutters and wide mouth outlets should be a good match for the amount of rain here in the PNW. Great selection of colors and got downspouts to match my house color which look great.

Very reasonable per foot pricing compared to other unreasonable companies who called me. One company refused to even consider doing the job because they felt that Governor Inslee might not approve of their job. SMDH, sad indeed.
