Nick just completed the tile backsplash in our kitchen. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process and of course the end result. He communicated when arriving, cleaned up after he was finished and was meticulous with his craft. Part of what sets him apart is his ability to offer suggestions and clarify details that we hadn't thought of. I would highly recommend him for any tile job.

The Masterworks Tile Installation team is exceptional. They worked very hard every day (even Thanksgiving morning), paid attention to every detail, and were knowledgeable and professional. Their drive to ensure the absolute best possible outcome guaranteed a wonderfully completed laundry room and bathroom for us. We would absolutely choose them again and recommend them highly! In August, Masterworks Tile Installation demoed, and installed, tile and quartz in our kitchen, powder room, and at our fireplace. Their craftsmanship is excellent, and we have received many compliments on the end project. We would not hesitate to hire them again. Nick was professional, had great suggestions, and was easy to work with. My husband is very particular, and he couldn't be happier with the work that was done.

We hired Nick Pastuhovs, who owns Masterworks Tile Installation, to redo a bathroom for us. Unlike some other tile business owners we contacted, Nick Pastuhovs first came to our house to discuss the project and spent nearly two hours with us, offering suggestions on how best to create our dream bathroom. He was enthusiastic, warm, creative and professional. The face-to-face meeting was really helpful for us as we tried to decide what kind of design and tile we wanted. Both Nick and his main tile installer, Philip, were easy to work with and understanding when we wanted to make small changes while the project was underway. Philip's work was excellent; he too was creative when we needed to make small alterations to the tile design. Nick and his team also installed a new quartz countertop for us, which looks gorgeous. The plumber Nick subcontracts with, Ivan, installed the bath fixtures and replaced the toilet; his work was excellent as well. Once the project was finished, Nick returned to make a final inspection, and he proceeded to add final touches to the nooks and crannies...because he is a perfectionist! Beautiful work! They are very respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves. This was during Washingtons 100 plus degree weather, and they were still faithful in their work and quality. We will be hiring them for our bathrooms in the near future.

We needed an expert tile setting outfit to handle a job involving historic reproduction Batchelder ceramic tiles and we were very lucky to have found Masterworks Tile Installation to do the work. They did a beautiful job setting and grouting these beautiful ceramic tiles for our fireplace and hearth. We highly recommend them.

Showed up exactly on time. Had masks on and acted professionally during entire time. My job was a shower and counter tile repair. Explained work they were going to do. They did an excellent job! Cleaned up after completing their work. Price for job was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Masterworks!

Our family went thru a large home loss in 2019. We have seen quite a few contractors come to our house in the past 12+ months. Out of all the contractors we have had, Masterworks was by FAR the best, professional and most courteous. This was a large tile project including: 4 custom tiled showers, 2 fireplaces, 2 laundry rooms, 6 FULL WALL backsplashes. Many tile people came to give us quotes and walked due to the project being to large to handle. Nick was fast to respond and understanding to the urgency to complete project to help our family move back home. We had high end tile from Pratt & Larson & other "level 10 tiles" to have installed. We were wanted to ensure this tile would be installed correctly. Masterworks blew away our expectations with their high end job performance and work. We would highly recommend to anyone. There is no job this crew can not do.

I'm new to the area and didn't have any friends or acquaintaces that could recommend a quality tile installer. I called Nick at Masterworks among several others. Nick was the most responsive and talked me out of doing a less than proffessional installation. I had a big job with different tile types including a master shower. It could not have turned out more perfect. The value matched the quality and they were done in no time.
