Tony is super communicative- from our initial inquiry to the day of the project. He is very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions to make our project even better than we hoped. He encouraged us to buy items that we felt comfortable purchasing, and on those technical items, he gladly stepped up. He reached out to us the weekend before the work and again the day before. On his scheduled day he was on-time and prepared to get to work. Tony is safety conscious for all in the home, including pets. His knowledge and experience show through as there are no wasted steps or efforts. Starting on time, he finished early. He is extremely clean and tidy, leaving the work site better than when he arrived. Tony is polite, cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and a genuinely nice person you would want to have coffee with. We are pleased with the end product and will definitely be calling him for future work. Hire him, you will have no regrets.

Showed up on time. Did a great job. He knew what he was doing. He had very good customer service. He kept in contact with me throughout the job to let me know what's going on . Hey offered suggestions that were an improvement over what I wanted very helpful I would hire him again. In fact I already scheduled another job with him.

Tony did a great job installing my 2500 gallon water tank with a solar powered pump. He worked efficiently and kept the area clean. I will definitely hire him for my bathroom remodel.

Tony did a few projects in our new home, installed a mantle tv bracket for our 65" tv, replaced our kitchen faucet, and most importantly built an extension to our deck. We needed a lower level deck for our new hot tub. Tony worked with us on our requirements and how to incorporate the new deck with the existing one. This included removing an existing glass side railing and adding the stairs as well as replacing the railing on that side. The results are better than we expected. Overall his work is extremely high quality and attention to detail is outstanding.

We have hired TDI Homes several times thru the years - to build our backyard shed, add a laundry room into our garage and build a 700 sq ft additional dwelling unit on our property. Tony’s work is excellent, he communicates well and he is reliable. I would hire him again for future projects.

We’ve hired Tony for multiple projects ; He built us a large shed, created a laundry room in our garage and even built a 700 sq ft ADU for us. We had him do the majority of the work and we did the finishes like tiling and painting. He was our general contractor and builder for the ADU. He was reliable and got the work done when he said he would. He communicated well and gave us options and ideas for making our projects better. His work is top notch, and I was never worried that he was going to disappear without finishing like so many contractor horror stories you hear. We’ve been very happy with everything he’s helped up with.

I needed windows replaced in an old home with water damage and leaking around the frame. It was not a simple window replacement. Tony was flexible and did excellent work. He replaced 2 windows, reframed the windows, and did some drywall on the inside. He gave me practical advice and suggestions for what would give the best result for the project. The work was done skillfully and I love the result!

Tony was very professional. He rebuilt my entire deck. The quality of work was top-notch. Very precision work, very well done. The deck really looks great.

Tony has now helped with two of my personal remodel projects. He's done everything from structural beams, framing, entire bathrooms, to architectural carpentry & woodworking. He's efficient and bring solutions rather than "problems". Worth every $ and will hire again.

Needed new back door and door frame installed for garage plus some siding replaced due to water damage. Tony is super efficient, professional and vastly experienced. I watched him work and was very impressed. Great job done. Recommend him highly.

This kitchen remodel was the first of five significant jobs I have hired TDI home's. All work was completed on time and in a very professional manner. Toni, the owner is very meticulous and always insisted the finished product met the highest standards. I highly recommend TDI homes for any project.

Very clean and professional. The project was pretty complicated because my house is older with an antiquated circuit box and built on a slab. Tony works fast and is careful to match new improvements with existing rooms in the house which I really appreciate. The project ended up requiring a lot of electrical and plumbing upgrades and Tony worked with the plumber and electrician to get everything done no matter what unexpected roadblocks came up. The project is almost done and I'm so excited to see the final project.
