"This company can improve by providing a longer warranty on their services, especially to areas that have variable climates. This company is based out of southern Oregon where the climate is temperate for 10 months out of the year. We are in central Oregon where the climate is temperate for about 5 months a year. The window of service is smaller in our area as we are experiencing extreme cold weather during months when All Natural Pest Elimination is calling to provide us with treatments. The ants are not present during these cold months so we have to wait for the weather to warm up and the Carpenter ant hatches to begin. Unfortunately, our warranty was up by the time the ants hatched and we are out 3500$ and still have a very serious ant problem. Tony Goin refused to remedy the situation, telling us "tough luck" but he'd be happy to take more of our money so they can probably not solve our ant problem....again. What a fraud. The service they provide one can do on their own buying product from Amazon and placing bait and gel in the appropriate areas. The treatment of drilling into our structure and spraying essential oils could have be done another time as the ants are in our walls, but Tony refused to provide that initial treatment more than once. Every other treatment consisted of technicians spreading bait around our house. Such a disappointment and serious waste of money."

We are Salem’s local solution to spider infestations. One of the most common spiders we see in Oregon is the giant house spider. Its size might be frightening, but its venom is harmless. The most dangerous spider is the black widow. Any bite from a black widow should be considered dangerous. When you call Pointe Pest Control, we arrive to your home an offer a free inspection. We will help you identify the spider. We don’t stop with arachnids; our technicians eliminate all pest infestations. Wasps, rodents, ants, or bed bugs; we can eradicate any pest.

"Don’t waste your time or money. Called for attic rats. Was told that the issue was old and the rats are gone, which was completely incorrect. They treated for mice (which we still have) then told me that to treat for rats would be an additional $800. When a dead rat was found, the service person refused to remove it stating, “[they] didn’t want to get their clothes dirty.” Bait and switch service. No pun intended. I’ve never been unhappier with a service in my life. I will never use this company for any reason whatsoever."
