After months of research, I found a 50 yr. guaranteed lighter weight tile from a highly regarded Canadian company. None of the roofers I contacted were interested in working with an unfamiliar material. Lorin, on the other hand, was enthused about the opportunity to try something new. It required an online training session and a fairly complicated process of ordering and receiving materials from another country another currency. Through the whole process, Lorin was upbeat and positive. And, I can't say enough about his crew who worked really hard in the most miserable of weather conditions. Thanks to Tru North I now have a Class A rated tile roof made of a composite material that looks like cedar shakes."
