Becareful who you get thru Angi. They do not check their contractors and their license.

"Unfortunately Santra does not understand that I am licensed and Certified with the state of Florida. Also you cannot be a contractor with Angi unless they verify you are license and certification with the state of Florida. I performed a wind mitigation inspection for Santra and she provided me with false information on the inspection. She did not get the insurance discounts because of it so she blames me for that. She got caught in her lies. Very spiteful person."

At a time when customer service is on the decline Clear Choice Home Inspections are clearly a game changer. Working on an extremely short deadline in the middle of Thanksgiving I called and they delivered within the hour!
