They not only did it, but added slope to it for us so that it's not a flat roof anymore. So awesome! They put on a new roof, vents, and gutters, painted our outside trim, and did a great job with all of the woodwork that was rotting and had to be replaced. But above all, they were friendly, flexible and very reasonable. We will definitely call on them again if we have any roofing or painting jobs"

"Mark Powers painted the outside of our house about 14 years ago and did a great job, so when we were ready for a color change this year we were happy to discover he was still at it (with a crew this time)! They did a fantastic job again - power washing, scraping and caulking as needed, masking and painting the house, trim and doors different colors. They went above and beyond by fixing a large gap in the fascia boards above the garage, which was left by a roofing crew. They painted the fix to match the trim and it's not even noticeable. We highly recommend Mark Powers for quality painting at a reasonable price!"

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
Professional painters charge $20 to $50 per hour, on average. The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
