"Tree roots grew into our sewer pipe and caused some flooding into my house. After completing the inside project, it was time to finish by fixing the pipe. We got 3 quotes and chose the most reasonable one. But above even that, we were very impressed by Rob's straight forward get it done attitude!! No bells and whistles, just honesty, integrity, and follow through! Project was completed today and we are so impressed with the result and their diligence. It was a bit more complicated than originally thought so they had to return the next day with shoring to stabilize the mud/dirt. They also had to go deeper than anticipated. They replaced the pipe and captured video showing clear lines. Rob stood by his quote even with the unexpected and we cannot recommend them enough!"

I called Henco plumbing and Joe came out and explained what they would need to do to install my new Pedestal sink, he answered my questions and concerns and gave me a quote for the job. Adrian came out today and reworked the 1935 plumbing and installed the new sink. He did an awesome job. The plumbing work is perfect and hidden behind the pedestal. The caulking work was excellent. It was late-afternoon and she found a technician that came to Sublimity, met my renter, and tested out the pump. He replaced the pressure switch on our very antiquated pump and explained what else might be going on and what to watch for. It has been over a week now, and the system is working well. Thank you for your respect, Dr. Energy Saver! Previous review: two stars. Unfortunately, this has been a very difficult experience for me to address standing water & drainage in my crawl space. I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."

Even before the appt Travis put my mind at ease by patiently answering all my questions. He and his dad were not only on time but early which i appreciated. They got right to work and were happy to explain what they were doing. They were efficient, professional and clearly knew their craft. When they were finished, they left the work area spotless.
