Jason Johnston, the owner, came to our house on the initial visit. He asked many questions about our heating and cooling habits. Throughout the entire decision making process, I had numerous questions about the various choices available in the Carrier product line. Jason was extremely patient and addressed each and every concern, both by phone and email. The end result is a heating and cooling system that meets our needs, not one that we felt pressured into buying. Because we were buying between the heating and cooling seasons, they were able to install almost immediately. The installation went smoothly. Kelly, the installer, has years of experience. He was able to custom make a section of ductwork with dampers to allow for better airflow to the second story of our home. He, too, was able to address any questions I had during the installation process. He left both the furnace and air conditioner installation sites clean. All debris and packing material were removed. Kelly also programmed our new thermostat and gave me an easily understood lesson as well. When presented with the final bill, the amount matched the initial bid. There were no hidden costs or extra expenses."
