We had the pleasure of working with Ivo and his team and we are incredibly happy with their work. They installed entirely new metal ductwork along with a new furnace and AC unit and everything works beautifully. They were very accomodating with all my requests and concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with their work every step of the way. Ivo was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with so much detail and expertise. It was a very big job and they even worked overtime to stay on track. They have done a high-quality job and we highly recommend them!

Awesome job! Eight years ago we had Entek seal and clean ductwork after rodent infestation was cleaned-up. I called for the same job as I had noticed some tears, mouse holes and deterioration of a few flex-ducts. After inspection, though, received recommendation to replace all ducts and bring everything to code (initially done 32 years ago). Ivo and CJ replaced all the ducts, cleaned up and left everything tremendously improved over the original. Highly recommended. Ethical, professional, and superior service!4

Awesome job! Two years ago we had Entek install a new air conditioner and they did an awesome job. So there was no hesitation calling them for the furnace. They did a pre install inspection so they knew exactly what they were facing. We were facing some cold weather and they left us several space heaters to borrow. When Ivo and CJ showed up for the install, they were on time, clean and very polite. They scored big points with my wife when the stopped at the door and put booties on and then laid protective tarps from the door to the install location. After the install they cleaned the space and vacuumed their way out. They made sure we fully understood how to operate the system before they left. A short time later they contacted us to make ire everything was going well. 100% recommend Entek and you will be impressed with Ivo and CJ.

We had Entek out to do preventative maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner and were very pleased with their service. Shane got right to work, was thorough, courteous, answered our questions and gave us several helpful tips. The low cost was well worth it as we get ready for fall and winter.

The employees for Entek exceeded all expectations. On time, thorough walk through, precise instillation and very professional during the entire instillation. i cant say enough about the Entek crew. Entek came to the rescue when our gas furnace died in February 2020. Our house was built in 1925 which created a ton of challenges getting everything up to code. The old furnace was in a tight location, making removal and Installation of the new furnace very difficult. The crew from Entek worked together as a team to come up with solutions to every challenge. The new furnace had to be turned 1/4, gas pipes and ducting rerouted. We added air conditioning to the system which caused finding a way to provide power to that new unit another challenge. We found all the Entek employee to act very professional. Communication was great. They got the difficult job done timely with attention to detail being superb. I would definitely hire them again!

They had to completely put in new duct work in the basement. Put in conditioner and heater, put in electrical panel. They did a lot of work. They did a very good job.

The 2 guys were super friendly and professional and efficient . I wish all companies had employees like these 2 there customer service is what other companies should stride to have there emploies be more like . But most places on Angies list are like these two. Thank you

Andy Sloop, the service technician, arrived at the appointed hour and immediately noticed that half of the heating elements have been shut off at the furnace. There was a note "leave off per owner". He then discovered 4 dead mice inside the furnace, one of them burnt to a crisp. He checked everything out, cleaned the elements, and then started exploring why some of the heating elements weren't working. As it turned out, the circuit breakers weren't in the correct position to draw full voltage from both A and B sides. I fixed that right away and now we have warmth throughout the house, way better than we had it running the last 20 years. Truly amazing work done by Andy and Entek.

They were very good and professional. The support staff was very responsive. The technicians were professional and on time. They explained what they were doing and what they planned to do. The sales person was knowledgeable. We had some issues where something went wrong with the unit. They came out a couple of times to work on the issue and because of the inconvenience they extended out service agreement for free.

It went smooth, amazingly easy. We called in the earlier part of the year to beat the summer rush, Brett did everything. I signed a few papers and everything else was taken care of. We did have three other bids, they were on the higher side however it was worth every penny. You pay for service and customer care and they show they care about you, your things and products. They worked with my schedule over three weeks to get everything done which was nice for me! Everything was put back, clean, we got a walk through on the unit. After one summer, we couldn't be more thankful. I'd go with Entek again!

We've used them the last 12 years or so and they are very good. They've been excellent. There was no immediate cost but the maintenance agreement is $20 a month.With that comes 2 visits a year and free labor for whatever needs to be done.
