"Mark called me the same day I made the request for quotes/bids. He was on time for the in-home evaluation and provided a detailed estimate/proposal within a few hours. Mark is a straight shooter and gave me several options along with explanations as to what was gained or lost at the different price points. He was also very kind regarding other estimates and helping me to verify I was comparing apples to apples. The job was scheduled sooner than I anticipated, which was nice. His crew was on time and began removal before Mark arrived on sight to work with them and supervise. His workers were very professional and mindful of my overly curious cat that seeks to escape at any opportunity. "The bad air in that room has been a problem since I moved into the house and it has been hard to diagnose the problem. I am very grateful to Jim and Robert for their perseverance in figuring out how to approach this. The solution proved to be adding both the HRV and new thermostat, as well as adjusting the heat ducting. Now the air quality is very much improved and the heat is balanced throughout the house, where before it was either too hot or too cold upstairs.
