"Better Air NW fit me into their schedule during Autumn busy season when i had my furnace off because of rodent issues in the ducts. Team came out on time, explained what they would do, got everything done in a couple of hours, and house smells great again. They were also the first to respond when i sent our requests for quotes. "They were just extremely professional and very very good. I did have a problem during the year with an adjustment for summer and winter for upstairs. They came out and they had already put a bracket in to adjust for summer and winter that I didn't know about and didn't understand. They went beyond what they needed to do. They came out and showed me. It took 10 minutes and I was able to change my heating and air upstairs. I would recommend them to anybody."

"I am so pleased from start to finish with Integrity Air. I called in Jan for a quote and Ben was very professional and gave a great and reasonable quote for a new AC. "Beyond excellent. Found out our shops HVAC was out, mind you it’s already 2 pm and pushing 90 degrees outside. Contacted Revival Energy and within an hour, a repair man was addressing the issue. He was able to fix the problem with the upmost kindness and professionalism, all while maintaining social distancing. Definitely saved the day for the shop. 11/10 would recommend."

"Tom was great I needed a new furnace and AC unit for my rental house, he had the best pricing for the quality, he was able to get me scheduled for the next day so my renters wouldn't be without heat. He did a great job, cleaned up the work area and hauled off the old furnace and AC. I was hesitant at first to go with a small business that was new but after talking to Tom, he assured me he would be there to follow up if I had any complaints. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family."
