He gave us the Angie's List discount and didn't charge extra even though the job required more of his time and labor than expected. The extra work included replacing the thermostat, as it was old and not very accurate, and he reconnected a main duct behind the furnace that was disconnected which led up to the second floor, plus he installed a volume damper which allows you to close/open/adjust air volume to the upper floor. Our tenant appreciated the heat coming back on so quickly."
