Get matched with top subcontractors in Cornelius, OR

"We would highly recommend Superior Building Concepts for your next project. After many over priced quotes, underpriced quotes with a wink and a nod to do this small job without permit, or contractors that stopped by to provide a quote that we never heard from again we received a referral from Angie's list for Superior Building Construction.  Stan came by, gave us a reasonable quote then followed up with a very professional and complete contract.  We signed with Superior and were pleasantly surprised with the continued professionalism.  We received compete drawings with architectural choices.  After our selection, it was put through the permit process.  At each point we received proper communication from Stan. Once construction began, Stan was there managing the subcontractors and working alongside.  We were delighted with each subcontractor Stan brought on board.  They were all punctual, courteous and cleaned up everything after their respective jobs were complete. With Covid supply shortages you can imagine some of the issues that arose, but with each roadblock Stan communicated with us and we worked out satisfactory work arounds. This remodel was a pleasant experience and Stan and his team made the difference. You can be confident in your project if you select Superior Building Concepts."

"From the first outreach, to the quote, and work order modifications during the remodel of our kitchen, Ron was transparent, respectful, and worked closely with us to ensure we understood the constraints and opportunities given our kitchen footprint and wishlist. Our kitchen remodel involved wall demolition, exterior and interior door replacements, as well as full flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliance installation. Any delays were communicated as soon as they were known and inevitably were due to shipping delays, not the on site work. His subcontractors were friendly and very helpful. We are already planning future projects on the house (our 10 year plan) and looking forward to working with Ron again."

"I could not be happier than I am with these guys! Rob and Roy were (a) always on time; (b) did exactly what they said they would do; (c) kindly addressed a couple of other minor fix-it issues that I had; and (d) were just great people to work with! The new walkway looks very nice."

"Great team to work with, quality work, they go out of their way to please the customer. We were doing a living room and front deck expansion project and Paul and his team delivered a beautiful completed project and on budget. I have already recommended Triple D to two other friends for assisting them with their current projects."

"It was very refreshing to hire a company that arrived on the day, on time and prepared with all materials and knowledge, and were ready to work. I was so impressed with the installer's skill and efficiency. Excellent company, great people, I'm so happy to have hired them!"

"So far I have a good deal of respect for them... Most important he gets back in a timely manner."

"I hired Chumbley Construction for a full house remodel, and I am very happy with the results! From the start, their team was professional and listened to my ideas. As someone who loves the color blue, I was thrilled with how they incorporated it throughout the design both with subtle accents and bold walls. The quality of their work is excellent, and they finished on time. Communication was great, which made the whole process smooth. I love my new home. I highly recommend Chumbley Construction for their craftsmanship and attention to detail!"

"Matthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. Our 92-year-old dad fell while using the bathroom and injured himself. We needed an immediate response to make the bathroom safe. Matthew responded to my request very quickly. He asked questions about the situation that showed he had the expertise we needed. He came to the house within a day of agreeing to perform the work and completed the most urgent task that day. He needed other tools to complete the installation of the grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, so he had to return at a later time. He communicated clearly when he could return and completed the task. Additionally, he cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to workMatthew Bruce exceeded our expectations.
