First, he responded to my request for quote (through Home Advisor) within 5 minutes...on a Saturday! Landon was so kind and professional. He was able to fix the existing faucet (saving me the cost of the new faucet) and even tidied and tightened all the plumbing under her sink. My mom was very impressed, and that’s not easy to do. Our main drain line was clogged. After 3 different plumbers failed to fix the problem, Rob Evans of Axiom PDX found the clog and fixed in less than an hour. Rob saved us thousands of dollars in bogus repairs that had been proposed by the other plumber. Unless I am forced, I will never use or recommend a plumbing services company other than Axiom PDX. You won't be sorry (and you really might be sorry if you run into one of those big company scammers who almost got us)."

The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

I called Henco plumbing and Joe came out and explained what they would need to do to install my new Pedestal sink, he answered my questions and concerns and gave me a quote for the job. Adrian came out today and reworked the 1935 plumbing and installed the new sink. He did an awesome job. The plumbing work is perfect and hidden behind the pedestal. The caulking work was excellent. I am very pleased and impressed with Henco Plumbing. I would use them again."
