They were very great to work with throughout the twists and turns of this project. The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"David evaluated my issue and was very honest and forth coming in the fact that though I had been told I needed to replace my sewer line under my house that my line was OK. Though he did not do the hydro flush I did need he referred me to another company to have the work done. I will be using hm on any future plumbing jobs and would refer him to anyone needing an honest business man to do a job for them."
