"I've used them for several years to maintain a midsized suburban lawn. The current fee for this is $165 monthly. The crews show up on time, are courteous, and do a good job, but there are improvements the company could make. Even though the fee is billed monthly, in December and part of January there is no service. The lawn is dormant, but if I'm paying monthly, I expect some kind of yard maintenance that could be done during the winter in return. I've also had spotty service fixing lawn irrigation issues, and the staff is not well trained about limiting damage or cleanup issues to the home related to their work. Leaf blower use damages the siding and removes topsoil, and edge trimming often sprays mud up onto the walls, which must be cleaned up frequently. I think they rely too much on leaf blowers instead of using rakes in areas where the blowers create problems. The company has never asked for my feedback about their service and how it could be improved."

"This review is coming several months after Emerald Green Gardens and Landscape built and installed a custom fence for me, but that's on me, not them. Jason, Brian, Sean, and the whole crew did an amazing job. Jason came out and did the quote and was very knowledgeable about the area and immediately had several ideas for me. He really helped me understand what I needed in my unique outdoor space. Jason put together a detailed quote for me and we decided on a project start date. Between the timing of the quote and the project start date, the special lumber we had chosen became unavailable, but Jason, Brian, and Sean quickly came up with a solution that looked just as great, but was actually cheaper! That allowed us to add fence staining to the quote for the same overall price! The project was completed on time, even in the pouring rain. Afterwards, I noticed that someone had accidentally dropped what seemed like a whole box of screws in my yard, and some wood scraps were left behind the fence (it was really raining when the crew finished the fence so they were packing up as quickly as they could). I let Brian know, and he quickly sent someone out to sort it out, easy-peasy. I'd definitely recommend working with this company. They were extremely accommodating with my timeline and were able to make adjustments on the fly and keep the same budget. I'll be looking to them for my upcoming landscaping projects. "Salvador and his crew did an amazing job. We have 4 large oak trees that produce more leaves than we can handle and have just accumulated into a large pile over the last few years. In no time, they had the massive pile of leaves loaded into a truck and proceeded to edge, mow, weed, and trim up some bushes. The work they were able to complete in less than 5 hours would have taken us several days. He and his crew even hauled away an extra pile of junk that needed to be taken to the dump. They did an amazing job and I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."
