My company had the pleasure of performing the fire sprinkler scope on an ADU on the west side of Portland with Backyard Blueprint. Matthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. Our 92-year-old dad fell while using the bathroom and injured himself, so we needed an immediate response to make the bathroom safe. Matthew quickly responded to my request, asking detailed questions that demonstrated his expertise. He came to our house within a day of agreeing to do the work and completed the most urgent task that same day. To install a grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, he needed additional tools, so he had to return later to finish the job. He communicated clearly about when he could come back and completed the task efficiently. Furthermore, he cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to work with. While this was probably the smallest project he’ll ever perform, Matthew gave it his full attention and expertise.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Anchored Tiny Homes to scope out a potential ADU project. Matthew and Nathan were very knowledgeable and kind. They explained things in a way I could understand and so could my mom. They listened to our needs and provided multiple options.
