Matthew quickly responded to my request, asking detailed questions that demonstrated his expertise. He came to our house within a day of agreeing to do the work and completed the most urgent task that same day. To install a grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, he needed additional tools, so he had to return later to finish the job. He communicated clearly about when he could come back and completed the task efficiently. Furthermore, he cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to work with. While this was probably the smallest project he’ll ever perform, Matthew gave it his full attention and expertise.
