"Mark called me the same day I made the request for quotes/bids. He was on time for the in-home evaluation and provided a detailed estimate/proposal within a few hours. Mark is a straight shooter and gave me several options along with explanations as to what was gained or lost at the different price points. His crew was on time and began removal before Mark arrived on sight to work with them and supervise. "The bad air in that room has been a problem since I moved into the house and it has been hard to diagnose the problem. I am very grateful to Jim and Robert for their perseverance in figuring out how to approach this. The solution proved to be adding both the HRV and new thermostat, as well as adjusting the heat ducting. Now the air quality is very much improved and the heat is balanced throughout the house, where before it was either too hot or too cold upstairs. Robert is indeed a heating expert who also provided excellent tips for efficient operation of my furnace."

I was given a choice of 3 models, from $250 - $475, and opted for the most expensive, as that is the model being replaced. Thought (KNEW) the price was TOO high, but needed to get my system back on line in the current heat wave, and was desperate. My fault (caveat emptor) for not checking cost BEFORE they came. Checked after and found exact same MODEL for LESS than $150.00. Columbia charged me $325.00 more for the same control. I am never going to use them again, and suggest that you get bids from other cos. before you use them."

"Just wow! Our ducts were in a horrible state, probably never been cleaned and partially buried under the dirt in our crawlspace. There were massive leaks and even in our dinky house the air flow could hardly be felt out of the vents, and what did come out was filled with dust and who knows what else considering the varmint problems we've experienced in the past. The team came out on a Saturday which is huge so I didn't have to take time off of work, and a job that seemed to me to be pretty big only took 3 guys 2 hours start to finish!! The air current coming out now is so strong that our curtains move- something I have not witnessed in our home in 6 years; and the temperature in our back rooms are within a degree of the main living space now instead of being a freezer. I cant wait to start saving money on our heating and cooling bills while also being comfortable in our home, and I also look forward to not having to dust everything multiple times a week and suffering from less dust allergies.
